Chef Crystal Espinoza, with extensive culinary and hospitality expertise, returns to Guerrilla Tacos as Culinary Director, having previously served as Executive Sous Chef. A native Angeleno, she realized her passion for being a chef early on, attending culinary school and gaining experience at Union in Pasadena and Knead Pasta Bar in Grand Central Market. Her diverse culinary journey, including stints at Simone and Little Fatty, culminated in leading the entire kitchen at Guerrilla Tacos, allowing her to reconnect with her Mexican roots and draw inspiration from LA's diverse cultures.
