Dave Beran, a business graduate, discovered his culinary passion at Latitude Restaurant in Michigan. Rising through the ranks at Alinea in Chicago, he became the executive chef at Next, earning 4-Star ratings. Beran later opened Dialogue in Los Angeles, receiving a Michelin star and Five Stars from Forbes Travel Guide. In 2019, he launched pasjoli, recognized by GQ and Esquire. Despite his demanding career, Beran finds time for writing and marathon training.
