Gregory Lay, Chef/Co-owner, brings 15 years of diverse front-of-house experience from top New York City restaurants. His passion for food, exposure to world-renowned chefs, and various roles honed his expertise in hospitality. After moving to Los Angeles, he became the head baker at a prominent bagel company, crafting one of the nation's best bagels recognized by the New York Times. Here, he also discovered the art of making fresh cream cheese from scratch. Empowered by this knowledge, Gregory, along with his partner Julia, embarked on creating a unique cheesecake infused with love, premium ingredients, and homemade buttermilk cream cheese—a culinary gem they're thrilled to share, believing in the sacred nature of food and its profound connection to human spirit.
