Partnering with Gregory Lay, they crafted popular cheesecakes from their Alhambra home, known for Julia's creative flair and their in-house cultured cream cheese. Gregory Lay, Chef/Co-owner, with 15 years of front-of-house experience in NYC's top restaurants, shifted to baking in Los Angeles, mastering bagels and discovering the art of fresh cream cheese. Together with Julia, they offer a unique cheesecake creation made with love and top-quality ingredients.
