Kim Prince, a third-generation restaurateur, made her mark with Prince's Hot Chicken in Nashville, recognized as the birthplace of Nashville Hot Chicken. In 2016, she launched Hotville Chicken, expanding to a Baldwin Hills/Crenshaw location in 2019, co-owned with Greg Dulan, and later introducing the DulanVILLE Food Truck in 2021. Achieving acclaim, Hotville Chicken was named Best New Restaurant by Los Angeles Magazine in 2020, and Kim is a 2023 James Beard Foundation Outstanding Restaurateur Finalist. She's also a key figure in Regarding Her Food, supporting women-owned restaurants with grants and mentorship, earning the James Beard Foundation's Leadership Award in 2022.
