Megan Logan, a native of Thousand Oaks, CA, developed a love for cooking during family dinners and joined the culinary world at 15 as a server. After graduating from the Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, she embarked on a successful career with Patina Restaurant Group. Megan's journey included an externship at Nick + Stef's Steakhouse, leading to her becoming the sous chef at Patina. In 2010, she became the executive chef at Nick + Stef's Steakhouse, showcasing her passion for combining French technique with global food cultures. Megan emphasizes simplicity and quality in her dishes, believing that "Less is always more." Beyond work, she enjoys family time, beaches, and exploring the local dining scene.
