Pam Weekes and Connie McDonald founded Levain Bakery as a small bread shop on the Upper West Side in 1995. Since then the bakery has become a renowned destination, now with thirteen locations across New York, Washington DC, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles. The iconic, award-winning bakery is known for its decadent, 6-ounce cookies that are baked fresh daily, crispy on the outside, and ooey-gooey on the inside. In June of 2023, Levain made its delicious LA debut in the heart of Larchmont Village – a charming and walkable community the founders felt instantly drawn to.
