"Chef RJ" hails from Panama and is the direct descendent of a Jamaican grandfather and Panamanian parents. As an Afro Latino, it's important for him to share his country's food and culture with the masses. He currently owns the only Panamanian restaurant on the West coast. They opened their doors August of 2021 and; will soon add additional locations across the city of Los Angeles.
