Sydney C. Hunter III is the executive chef at Belles Beach House, the Hawaiian-inspired restaurant in Venice from Nick Mather’s Wish You Were Here Group (WYWHG). A protege of Chef Ludo Lefebvre, Sydney worked his way up to Chef de Cuisine at Petit Trois after starting as an extern. After Petit Trois, Sydney moved to Superba Snack Bar in Venice where he was inspired to work closer with the farmers at the Santa Monica Farmers Market and of Southern California.
