Deau, also behind The Base beverage starters, prioritizes his favorite Thai dishes, incorporating quality ingredients from local farmers markets and purveyors. With a background in fine art and diverse restaurant experience, Deau, a chef/owner, has garnered critical acclaim for Holy Basil and plans to expand its reach alongside The Base.
